Shipping policy
All orders are produced on demand and shipped from our fulfillment partner's facility. Because each item is made to order, please allow for production time before your order ships.
Processing Time Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–5 business days. During peak seasons or promotional periods, production may take up to 7 business days.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are as follows:
Domestic (US): 3–7 business days Canada: 7–15 business days International: 10–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery depends on your location and carrier performance.
Tracking You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@clutchem.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible — once an order enters production, changes may not be possible.
Returns & Exchanges Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. See our Return Policy for details.
